After completing a formal interview of readiness to proceed (psychosocial factors, specific needs/requests, financial aspects, etc), a Senior Sober Coach contacts you to discuss a customized fit for your ideal 24/7 sober companion. This person will be the hands on portion of your work, while Dr. Fleming becomes your secondary expert who will have weekly check in times with you, as well as with your sober coach so as to ensure adequate processing of essential information related to the care and the "hiccups' interpersonally that occur now and then. This will all be done via telephonic facilitation sessions and/or face to face.

 

With certain high end clients or those who directly request it, Dr. Fleming will make himself available onsite with the accompanying sober coach so as to ensure top notch "Doc in the Pocket" care, troubleshooting, or even family member/significant other facilitation. In essence Dr. Fleming becomes the consultant that works the "in between part of care" that most shrinks, coaches, or aftercare programs forget about yet are most critical to sobriety and changing behaviors
